Within this section the information that will
be presented will be all about Study Skills. In a few words we will
discuss how to improve our studies when we studying for an exams, tests or just
general studying.
There are a few
major problems with people while studying. Some examples of bad study habits
are easy distraction, not focused, poor time management, and failing of taking notes during
classes, poor attendance and negative thinking.
Now let’s start with distraction. This is very bad habit that most
of us prefer to listen to music while doing work. It is fine but as long as
it's not distracting. People can get also easily distracted by
other people or any sound (noise) while studying.

This is where of not focused is put in to place or also
know as lack of concentration. It is very important
that while studying we must be focused and concentrate on the
thing we do.
Another very major
and common habit that some of us may have is the bad timing. Example will be
when some of us are leaving the studying or revision for the last minute. This
is happening because our mind is saying to us 'there is time, you can do
it later on, you have done this before e.t.c' and when the time
comes no one is prepared for the test or exam. In addition to that
sometimes what happens is some of us are doing a 30 minutes work and
the mind attacks again with something like ' ooo lets have 2 hours brake
we have done 'hard' work for the past 30 minutes' and after
when realizing the time is gone.
To avoid this kind
of problem the best thing is just to try motivating you or changing
the environment by going into a library. This can help a
lot and improve the way of studying.

Sometimes people forget to take notes in classes. This is also
very important because there are key words that can help improving coursework or
giving very important information. In order to improve this skill is to trying elaborating
whilst taking notes. Adding your own notes to those added in class will make
it easy for you to understand.
About the poor
attendance and negative thinking the only advice here will be try
get enough sleep and inspire the way of thinking to positive.
